College coaches representing many division levels travel to Ann Arbor to help teach all of our campers. These coaches come to evaluate
campers who perform well throughout camp.

The Michigan assistant football coaches will head each of their specialized position groups, teaching and drilling fundamentals. Construction has been completed on the New
Glick Indoor Field House. Camp will be conducted on all of our football practice fields, indoor and outdoor.
We will also utilize other athletic campus fields. We will also visit the Big House. WEIGHT TRAINING: Campers will utilize our Football Weight Room. Important in football today is the aspect of weight training and conditioning. The High School Camp offers all campers the opportunity to learn some of the latest and most proven techniques in weight training and conditioning. Michigan's Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mike Barwis, a leader in this field, along with his staff will instruct campers on technique as well as safety. The campers will be utilizing the best weight room in the country. FLEXIBILITY, FORM RUNNING, AND SPRINT TECHNIQUE: A popular area of the camp is the form running and speed training program. Our staff will help campers gain the maximum potential in their running ability. Many campers have experienced a noticeable increase in speed and flexibility after attending the camp. INSPIRATIONAL TALKS: Our staff brings in outstanding college coaches, past Michigan players, and professional football players to talk on the positive benefits of football in a young man's life. These talks serve to motivate the camper for the upcoming season. HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS: 2009 Michigan Football highlights along with NFL team season highlights of the past year will be shown periodically throughout camp. OTHER BENEFITS: Each camper will receive official 2010 Rich Rodriguez Michigan Football Camp Apparel. Campers will be meeting other campers from all over the country, creating new freindship opportunities. Campers will be placed on teams for competitions in both Rod Ball (Non Contact Football Games) and Tug-of-War. This camp is not a conditioning or recreational camp. It will be four days of non-contact, position specific football technique training.
